I am a fully qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Psychosexual Counsellor.

I have worked in Private Practice for 18 years, and I work in Primary Health Care taking referrals from Doctors. I also work with a team of specialists at the Hallamshire Hospital as a Psychosexual Counsellor.

I offer individual Counselling, Relationship and Sexual Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. An initial appointment will help to establish which sort of therapy is best suited to you as an individual.

Every working relationship with a client ensures complete confidentiality. I have been privileged to work with individuals, couples and children in a non-judgemental way. I aim to provide a safe environment and give total positive regard, to enable us to explore together areas of difficulty.

The aim of Counselling & Hypnotherapy is to help enable people from all walks of life to draw on their own resources and strengths to enable change and greater well being.

I believe that every one is on a journey of personal growth and discovery. My own has been through my own therapy, extensive training, many life experiences and challenges. I have a real interest in what being human means. I am forever enthusiastic to help myself and others move through our limitations and discover our true potential.
